Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://russelljplumbing.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Plumber, Drain Cleaning, Leak Repair, Toilet Repair, Water Heater Replacement, Water Heater Installation, Water Heater Repair provided by Russell The Plumber. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Russell The Plumber (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. Russell The Plumber disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Russell The Plumber arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Russell The Plumber harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under FL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in FL for any related dispute.

Updates. Russell The Plumber reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
